1 oz Blue Curaçao
2 oz Ketel One vodka
Lemon Lime Seltzer Water
Fill a highball glass with crushed ice. Pour in the ingredients, in order, then top off with seltzer water. Stir and serve with a straw. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
